Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice)
Soothes skin after heat, sun, and environmental stress. Delivers immediate hydration without weight or residue, and supports the skin's natural repair process. The botanical that turns a daily SPF into a daily comfort.
The clear, water-rich gel from the inner leaf of the aloe plant, used for centuries across Mediterranean, North African, and Asian skincare traditions for its calming and restorative properties.

Cherry Blossom Extract (Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract)
Brightens skin tone, evens pigmentation, and protects against the daily environmental aggressors, pollution, blue light, oxidative stress, that dull complexion over time. The quiet luminosity ingredient. Beauty, written into the formula.

DNA-Protective Peptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-51 Amide)

Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract)
Neutralizes free radicals generated by UV exposure and pollution before they can damage skin cells. Calms the inflammatory response that drives premature aging, redness, and uneven tone. A natural complement to the UV filters, they block, green tea defends what gets through.

Resveratrol (Hydrolyzed Grape Skin)
Neutralizes free radicals, defends against environmental aging, and supports the skin's own protective enzymes. Pairs synergistically with Vitamin E, multiplying the protective effect of both. The Mediterranean diet, working from the outside.
The polyphenol behind the longevity conversation in nutrition, now working topically. One of the most powerful plant antioxidants ever studied.

Lycopene (Hydrolyzed Tomato Skin)
Neutralizes the specific free radicals UV generates in skin tissue, supports collagen integrity, and helps skin recover faster from sun exposure. There's a reason the skin of Mediterranean cultures ages the way it does. This is part of it.
A carotenoid antioxidant found in highest concentration in tomato skin, and one of the most specifically protective antioxidants against UV-induced oxidative damage.

French Maritime Pine Bark (Pinus Pinaster Bark Extract)
Defends against UV-induced free radical damage, supports skin elasticity and hydration, and works synergistically with Vitamin C and E to amplify their effect. A single botanical doing the work of several.
Known commercially as Pycnogenol, a clinically studied antioxidant complex extracted from pine trees grown along the southwest coast of France. One of the most-researched botanical antioxidants in skincare.

Golden Berry (Physalis Angulata Extract)
Calms post-sun inflammation, supports the skin's natural recovery process, and contributes to the formula's overall antioxidant defense. Skin that's been protected still needs to be soothed.
A botanical extract rich in withanolides, naturally occurring compounds with potent calming and protective properties. Used for centuries in traditional medicine.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid)
Neutralizes free radicals across all skin layers, and recycles other antioxidants, restoring Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Coenzyme Q10 back to their active forms after they've done their work. Multiplies the effect of the entire antioxidant system in the formula.
A rare antioxidant that is both water-soluble and fat-soluble, meaning it can work everywhere in the skin, in every layer, in every type of cell.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
Neutralizes the free radicals UV exposure generates in skin, the invisible damage that broad-spectrum SPF alone does not fully stop. Also conditions the skin, supports the barrier, and stabilizes the rest of the formula. If a sunscreen doesn't contain Vitamin E, it's only doing half the job.
The most studied antioxidant in skincare, and the natural partner to every SPF formula on the market.
Vitamin E is occasionally flagged as a potential sensitizer for very reactive skin. The concentration that causes issues is far higher than what's used in a balanced daily formula, and the form we use is the gentlest, most bioavailable version. For the vast majority of skin types, Vitamin E is one of the safest and most beneficial antioxidants in skincare.

Tinosorb® S - Broad-Spectrum Filter (Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine)
Delivers high, photostable protection across both UVA and UVB wavelengths. Unlike older-generation filters, it doesn't break down in sunlight, it stays active, stays protective, and stays on the skin throughout the day. The filter you pay for in premium European sun care.
A next-generation broad-spectrum UV filter developed in Switzerland, the European gold standard for premium sun protection.
Tinosorb® S is approved across Europe, Asia, Canada, and Australia, but not yet by the FDA in the United States - not because it's been found unsafe, but because the FDA's approval process for new sunscreen filters has been frozen for over two decades. Globally, it is considered one of the safest and most effective UV filters ever developed. The rest of the world has been using it confidently since 2000.

Uvinul® A Plus - Long-Wave UVA Filter (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate)
Protects against the deepest, most aging wavelengths of UV light, the ones responsible for pigmentation, loss of elasticity, and the slow accumulation of DNA damage that surfaces decades later. The wavelengths you can't feel are the ones that age you most. This is how we cover them.
A premium long-wave UVA filter, one of the most advanced UVA protectants in modern sun care.
Like Tinosorb® S, Uvinul® A Plus is approved in Europe, Asia, and most of the world, but awaits FDA approval in the US - a regulatory backlog issue, not a safety issue. It is one of the most thoroughly tested long-wave UVA filters in existence, and the reason European sun protection is years ahead of American sun protection.

Uvinul® T 150 - Premium UVB Filter (Ethylhexyl Triazone)
Delivers exceptionally high UVB protection at low concentration - meaning more efficient formulation, lighter texture, and no compromise on SPF performance. UVB is the wavelength responsible for burning and surface damage. This filter handles it with precision.
The most photostable UVB filter available on the market.
Also approved across Europe, Asia, and Australia, but pending FDA review in the US. The same regulatory delay applies. Decades of European safety data and clinical research support its use. This is what premium European sun protection is built on.

Octisalate - Supporting UVB Filter (Ethylhexyl Salicylate)
Provides UVB protection while also acting as a solubilizer, helping the other UV filters dissolve and disperse evenly across the skin. The quiet workhorse that lets the heroes perform.
A gentle, well-tolerated UVB filter that has been used safely in sunscreens worldwide for decades.
Octisalate is sometimes mentioned in conversations about UV filter absorption into the bloodstream - a 2019 FDA study detected trace amounts in blood plasma. Importantly, the FDA's own conclusion was that this finding does not indicate the filter is unsafe and that consumers should continue using sunscreen. Octisalate has decades of safety data behind it and remains approved by every major regulatory body in the world.

Vegan Plant Wax (Candelilla Cera)
Provides the structural backbone of the Sun Stick, the reason it glides cleanly, holds its shape in heat, and applies without mess or drag. Performs in the conditions you actually use it in: handbags, gym bags, glove compartments, terraces.
A plant-derived wax harvested from the candelilla shrub native to northern Mexico. A vegan alternative to beeswax with superior heat stability.

Next-Gen Antioxidant (Hydroxymethoxyphenyl Decanone)
Neutralizes free radicals with exceptional stability, in light, in heat, and in real-world conditions. In the Sun Stick, where the formula needs to perform through sun, sweat, and movement, this antioxidant carries the heaviest defensive load.
A patented next-generation antioxidant developed to outperform Vitamin E and resveratrol in both stability and efficacy.
The unfamiliar INCI name can read as alarming, it's a newer ingredient, and newer ingredients often haven't entered the public skincare conversation yet. It is fully approved across all major regulatory regions, extensively tested for safety, and used at low concentrations exactly because it is so potent. New doesn't mean unproven. It means ahead.
